Circuito Vial Tres S.A. is led by Bestinver – Aberdeen society and it is the responsible of the Route 14 maintenance, between the cities of Sarandí del Yí and Mercedes (292 km). The route mentioned allows the connection of the center and southwest of the country with Argentina and Brazil.

Main tasks: management of rural roads, preparation of technical specifications and project direction of buildings. Some of the directed buildings are referred to: bituminous treatment, horizontal and vertical signage on roads, crack sealing, concrete pavements, hot mix asphalt pavements, rebuilding of the Eng. Federico Capurro bridge, and solution of drainage problems in different neighborhoods of Durazno city.

Technical advice for the preparation of budgets, so as to be presented in tenders at the Ministry of Transport and Public Buildings of Uruguay (MTOP) and at the Road Corporation of Uruguay (CVU) level.

Hired as the Technical Representative Director Engineer for the rebuilding of Route N°4 between the Baygorria town and Route N°20, project proposed by the Road Corporation of Uruguay (CVU).

In charge of the Quality Department during the construction work of a 5-kilometer Bypass around the city of Young, connecting routes 25 and 3.

Also in charge of the Quality Department during the construction of Route N°3 detours on the Don Esteban and Arroyo Grande streams, situated between 15-30 km south of Young city; and widening of routes 3, 20 and 4 for the transport of special loads between Fray Bentos and Paso de los Toros (associated with the construction of the UPM Pulp Mill).

Workvial is a company dedicated to highways maintenance hired by the Ministry of Transport and Public Buildings of Uruguay (MTOP). Such maintenance work consist of: road patching, horizontal and vertical signage; simple or double bituminous treatments and bridge reparations (joints and concrete structure).
