• Led the management of a road maintenance program covering nearly 300 km of Route 14, coordinating over 100 personnel including consortium staff and subcontractors, and overseeing an annual investment exceeding USD 15,000,000. 

 

CIRCUITO VIAL S.A. is a consortium formed by BESTINVER–ABERDEEN, with the administrative support of TEYMA S.A. for project management and financial coordination.              

TECHNICAL ADVISORY AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT                             

GOVERNMENT OF DURAZNO (Uruguay)

            

• Management of rural road network maintenance covering a total extension of over 4,000 km.

• Urban road infrastructure management across all cities within the department, benefiting more than 55,000 residents through roadway improvement projects.

• Preparation of +60 tender documents and bidding packages for public procurement processes.

• Supervision of contracted construction works, managing an annual budget of approximately USD 5,000,000.

• Development of +20 detailed road engineering designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

RESIDENT ENGINEER AND QUALITY MANAGER

• Resident Engineer for Contract C121: “Route 4: Section 272.900 (Baygorria) – 295.000 (Route 20). Widening and strengthening works using basaltic material (granulometrically stabilized) along 20 km. Execution of double bituminous surface treatment as wearing course over a 20 km section. Achieved a 15% reduction in the construction schedule, completing the works in 10.5 months instead of the planned 12 months.

• Quality Manager for the construction of a 5 km bypass in the city of Young (between Routes 25 and 3).
