Civil Engineer with extensive experience in road infrastructure and transportation projects. Specialized in project management, contract management, and cost control. I have led both public and private infrastructure projects in Uruguay, ensuring quality, schedule compliance, and project profitability.

I am currently strengthening my professional profile through advanced studies in a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence applied to Architecture and Construction, as well as Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies.

Key Achievements:

• Recognized for the development of the detailed engineering design and construction management for the reconstruction of the Ing. Federico Capurro Bridge in the city of Durazno, a site recognized as part of the Department’s Historic Heritage (see Projects / Portfolio).

• Managed the maintenance of nearly 300 km of road network, coordinating more than 100 people, including consortium personnel and subcontractors, with annual investments exceeding USD 15 million.

• Managed the rural road network of the Department of Durazno, Uruguay.

• Managed urban road infrastructure across all cities in the Department of Durazno, supporting infrastructure improvements benefiting more than 55,000 residents.

• Prepared more than 60 tender and procurement documents for infrastructure projects.

• Supervised tendered infrastructure projects, managing an annual investment of approximately USD 5 million.

• Developed detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D, primarily focused on road geometric design.

I am currently strengthening my profile toward digital project management and project controls, incorporating tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Python, Dynamo, and BIM methodologies.
